That depends on your work. We start with the tools you already use and add only what creates a clear benefit. You do not need to buy a large software stack before the discovery call.
The onboarding days are spread across several weeks so you can apply what we build between sessions. You should reserve additional time to test the workflows in your real work.
We decide which information may be used, where it is stored and which systems can be connected. Sensitive data and credentials are handled deliberately rather than copied into arbitrary chats.
That is a common starting point. The coaching is not about opening your first chat. It is about turning occasional use into a structured setup with reusable context and workflows.
That is completely fine. The onboarding is designed to leave you with a working foundation you understand. Ongoing coaching is optional.
The standard format is remote. Onsite work can be discussed when it makes sense for the scope and location.
